The 98th Cravens Invitational Announcement

As the new year is upon us, it’s time for the Cravens Committee to ramp up preparations for this year’s 98th Cravens Invitational.

The Cravens will take place the week after Mother’s Day, May 14th through the 18th. We are in the process of finalizing this year’s invitation list and invitations will be mailed in early March.

We will have 128 teams qualifying for match play through Wednesday and Thursday qualifying, and three Visitadores flights for 24 teams that did qualify but travelled the farthest from San Gabriel Country Club. The index cutoff for each participant will be 11.3 from April 1st, 2024, to April 1st, 2025.

Players must be an active member at the same private golf club to be eligible to participate in the tournament. All clubs must have a reciprocal with San Gabriel Country Club.

Our committee will be limiting the size of the field to help ensure a quality experience for all our members and guests. Once the invitations committee has approved your entry, you will receive confirmation of your participation in the tournament.

Lastly, we want to remind all our members, participants, and guests of the proper dress code at San Gabriel Country Club. Proper Country Club/golf attire is required throughout the duration of the tournament. Participants must wear long pants (No Denim) and a collared shirt during the competition.
